【instructions】The protein encoded by this gene is actually a preproprotein that is cleaved into four distinct mature peptides. One of these, glucagon, is a pancreatic hormone that counteracts the glucose-lowering action of insulin by stimulating glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis. Glucagon is a ligand for a specific G-protein linked receptor whose signalling pathway controls cell proliferation. Two of the other peptides are secreted from gut endocrine cells and promote nutrient absorption through distinct mechanisms. Finally, the fourth peptide is similar to glicentin, an active enteroglucagon. [provided by RefSeq].

抗體的保存建議：

1.拿到抗體后請(qǐng)?jiān)?000-3000轉(zhuǎn)離心1-2分鐘后再打開(kāi)管蓋進(jìn)行分裝和保存?。ㄓ捎谶\(yùn)輸過(guò)程中反復(fù)顛簸，管內(nèi)微量抗體容易聚集在管蓋處，一旦直接打開(kāi)容易流失抗體。

2.分裝可以較大程度降低反復(fù)凍融對(duì)抗體活性的損害，分裝的量以一次實(shí)驗(yàn)用完為好，但建議最少不要少于10μL每份。

3.大部分抗體收到后4℃短暫保存1-2周對(duì)抗體活性是基本沒(méi)有影響的。如果抗體很快（1-2周內(nèi)）就能使用完，推薦在4℃保存，避免反復(fù)凍融對(duì)抗體活性的損害。如果要長(zhǎng)期保存則分裝后-20℃保存。
