【instructions】This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein containing transcriptional activation, DNA binding, and oligomerization domains. The encoded protein responds to diverse cellular stresses to regulate expression of target genes, thereby inducing cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, senescence, DNA repair, or changes in metabolism. Mutations in this gene are associated with a variety of human cancers, including hereditary cancers such as Li-Fraumeni syndrome. Alternative splicing of this gene and the use of alternate promoters result in multiple transcript variants and isoforms. Additional isoforms have also been shown to result from the use of alternate translation initiation codons (PMIDs: 12032546, 20937277). [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2013].

抗體的保存建議：

1.拿到抗體后請在1000-3000轉離心1-2分鐘后再打開管蓋進行分裝和保存！（由于運輸過程中反復顛簸，管內微量抗體容易聚集在管蓋處，一旦直接打開容易流失抗體。

2.分裝可以較大程度降低反復凍融對抗體活性的損害，分裝的量以一次實驗用完為好，但建議最少不要少于10μL每份。

3.大部分抗體收到后4℃短暫保存1-2周對抗體活性是基本沒有影響的。如果抗體很快（1-2周內）就能使用完，推薦在4℃保存，避免反復凍融對抗體活性的損害。如果要長期保存則分裝后-20℃保存。
