特點
高排氣能力
采用ULTRA流量，可實現5L/sec的氦氣抽速采用獨立于主機的平板電腦控制器
標準配有無線遙控功能可以直觀操作

油回轉真空泵，渦旋干泵易于移動，使用的易于移動推車（904）
