血管緊張素1轉(zhuǎn)換酶抑制劑抗體；ACEI
ACEI（Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme Inhibitor; Bradykinin-potentiating peptide）（血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)換酶抑制劑）可以溫和、持久地降壓，同時對靶器官有很好的保護(hù)作用。
ACEI主要作用于RAS（腎素－血管緊張素系統(tǒng)），通過抑制RAS中的血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)換酶（ACE）而減少血管緊張素II（Ang II）的生成，從而發(fā)揮控制血壓，保護(hù)靶器官的作用。同時他還能調(diào)節(jié)交感神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)活性，增加前列腺素合成。

抗體條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
