2.X線檢查X線腹平片影像表現為：①梗阻多發生于小腸低位，且以不*性梗阻為多。②立位腹片有時在液平面上方可見波浪狀或粗顆粒狀不平整，密度不均勻影，呈典型“駝峰”征。③大部分病人的腹片上可見各種蟲體姿態，或成索條狀排列，或蜷曲成團見到大小相似粗顆粒狀蟲體斷面影，形態不斷變化。蟲體5～6mm粗，如蟲體吞氣可見蟲體內有線形或點狀氣影如蟲體吞鋇，待病人腸內鋇排盡后，則可見許多線形或點狀鋇影。④蟲團在腸管內也可引起痙攣，蠕動紊亂導致腸扭轉，甚至發展至絞窄、壞死。⑤嵌頓在回盲瓣內的蛔蟲，由于回盲瓣痙攣，蛔蟲難以通過，臨床表現劇烈痙攣痛，X線下可見成束蛔蟲被嵌于回盲瓣。⑥如腸壞死穿孔可在周圍氣腹或膿腫氣腔內見到蜷曲蛔蟲影。3.B超檢查聲像顯示：①梗阻以上腸管擴張，管腔增寬，腔內液體、氣體積存，多個*充以液體的擴張腸管形成多囊樣表現，液體在腸管內流動，反流活躍。嚴重梗阻者腸間隙有液體滲出。②腸管內可見蛔蟲影像，單條蛔蟲呈條帶狀強回聲可見其在管腔中活動，多條蛔蟲常聚合成團利用B超診斷腸梗阻，可由不同的聲影得到辨認，如能與X線檢查互補則效果更加理想。
