克隆號1D3單克隆抗體與小鼠CD19(一種免疫球蛋白超家族的B細胞特異性95 kDa跨膜糖蛋白)反應。CD19包含兩個細胞外免疫球蛋白樣結構域和一個廣泛的細胞質尾。它與CD21和CD81一起作為B細胞受體信號的正調節因子。CD19在大多數淋巴瘤和白血病中高度表達，包括一些不表達CD20的早期B細胞惡性腫瘤。由于這些原因，CD19正迅速成為淋巴增生性疾病免疫治療的一個有吸引力的替代靶點。據報道，克隆號1D3抗體可depleteB細胞，然而，B細胞deplete通常需要用克隆號1D3、抗小鼠B220(克隆RA3.3A1/6.1)、抗小鼠CD22(克隆Cy34.1)和抗大鼠κ輕鏈(克隆MAR 18.5)抗體的組合來治療。
