Montageanleitung
Die Zylinder der Baureihe HYC sind dem Mitdruckbereich bei hoher
Funktionssicherheit und einem Kolben-ø-Bereich von 40 mm bis 200 mm
zugeordnet.
Sie sind für einen Dauerbetriebsdruck von 250 bar geeignet. Der Prüfdruck
beträgt 375 bar (ermitt bei 12,6 cSt und 55 °C).
Die Ausführung als Gleichgangszylinder ist bei den Bauformen HYC-M, HYC-T
und HYC-K möglich. Die Hublänge und Knickbelastung ist in den technischen
Unterlagen und Berechnungen bauformabhängig dargeslt (siehe
Seiten 13 -15).
Druckmedium: Hydrauliköl auf Mineralölbasis gemäß unserer Ölempfehlung.
Schwerentflammbare Flüssigkeiten erfordern besondere
Dichtungen.
Betriebstemperatur: -30 °C bis +80 °C. Bei anderen Temperaturen bitte
rückfragen.
Viskositätsbereich: 2,8 bis 380 cSt.

General technical data
Mounting instructions
They are suitable for max. working pressure of 250 bar. Max. test pressure 375
bar (oil viscosity 12,6 cSt and 55 °C).

The HYC range of hydraulic cylinders have been designed for use at medium
pressure, giving a high factor of savety at all bore diameters from 40 mm up to 200
mm.
Double ended cylinders are available with the following types of mounting: HYCM,
HYC-T and HYC-K. The specification sheets shown at the back of this
catalogue give the maximum stroke for each mounting configuration
(see pages 13 - 15).
Pressure media: The use of hydraulic/mineral oil according to DIN 51524
is recommended. For more aggressive fluids
special seal kits are available.
Working temperature: -30 °C up to +80 °C. Other temperatures are
available on request.
Viscosity: 2,8 up to 380 cSt.

Venting: To ensure a venting of the cylinder the exhaust valve (item 12) has
to be removed (approx. 2 threads
Damping: Adjustable via damping valve (item 13) from piston Ø63 mm
upwards. The adjustment is possible after the locknut was removed
by screw or unscrew the throttle screw.
Change After loose of the locknut (item 5) and unscrewing the
of
seals: The o-ring (item 8) and the piston guide bands (item 10) are
accessible after losening the damping ring and dismantling the
piston. After losening the front cylinder head (item 3) the piston rod
seals (item 16) and the rod guide bands (item 11) can be changed.
