CdSe/ZnS熒光量子點（表面氨基/羧基/油酸/十八胺修飾）

光學性能對粒子尺寸的依賴性是量子點的和具力的功能。例如，通過控制粒子的大小，CdSe量子點的發射光波長在整個可見光范圍內連續可調。然而，二元素量子點，如CdSe量子點，有兩個缺點。*，其表面缺陷形成表面陷阱態，使發光效率和穩定性降低。通過在量子點表面包附ZnS，形成Core-shell結構可以降低面缺陷，但CdSe和ZnS晶格失配，在程度上影響其發光效率和光學穩定性。，量子點的消光系數同粒子的體積成正比例關系。標記6nm（紅光）CdSe量子點的物質發射光度是2nm（綠光）量子點的三十倍，這會引起檢測靈敏度的差異。

不同于二元素量子點，本公司的梯度合金CdSe/ZnS 量子點， 在發光核和ZnS殼中加入三元合金過渡組分，因而帶來了以下幾個：

1、通過調整合金元素組成控制其光學性能，制備體積*但發光頻率不同的量子點，從而降低由于應用不同顏色量子點引起的檢測靈敏度上的差異；

2、合金量子點晶格力度，性能穩定；

3、實現晶格的逐步過渡，降低量子點晶格缺陷造成的內部壓力，從而使量子點具有較的發光效率和穩定性。
