美國菌種保藏中心， 又稱美國模式菌種收集中心(ATCC)，是位于馬里蘭洲洛克菲勒的一家私營的，非贏利性組織。目前它可以提供各種動植物細胞、標準品、菌株達兩萬多種。
在生物制品方面，我公司是世界衛生組織下屬生物標準品實驗室（英國生物制品檢定所NIBSC和荷蘭VQC）、歐洲藥品質量監察會（EDQM）在中國的進口商，同時我部門也在代理進口一些其他菌種保藏機構的產品，比如德國國家菌種保藏中心(DSMZ)、英國國立標準菌種收藏中心(NCTC)等，為國內科研以及生產用戶提供細胞株、菌株等生物標準品。
收到后，取出培養瓶在倒置顯微鏡下觀察細胞生長情況。
（一）如果細胞未長滿，用75%酒精噴灑整個瓶消毒后放到超菌臺內，嚴格無菌操作，打開細胞培養瓶，吸出培養液，僅留下10ml培養液在瓶內繼續培養。
(二)如果細胞已長滿，即可進行傳代培養。具體步驟如下：
1. 棄去培養液，用PBS（不含鈣，鎂離子）洗1-2次。
2. 加1ml消化液（0.25%Trypsin-0.53mM EDTA）于培養瓶中，倒轉放于37度培養箱1-3分鐘預熱，然后又將培養瓶倒轉大約30秒后，在倒置顯微鏡下觀察細胞消化情況，若細胞大部分變圓分散，輕敲幾下培養培養瓶，細胞隨即脫落下來。
3. 加入6-8ml*培養基，吸出，分到新的培養瓶中。一傳二。

標準蛋白表達服務 
1. 克隆目標蛋白編碼序列到合適的桿狀病毒轉移載體上；
2. 制備重組bacmid DNA；
3. bacmid DNA轉染昆蟲細胞，制備P1和P2病毒stock；
4. P2病毒滴度測定
5. 重組蛋白表達評估和條件優化；
6. 小規模蛋白表達和純化（500 ml培養物）；
7. 大規模蛋白表達和純化（可選）。 
病毒制備服務 
1. 克隆目標蛋白編碼序列到合適的桿狀病毒轉移載體上；
2. 制備重組bacmid DNA；
3. bacmid DNA轉染昆蟲細胞，制備P1和P2病毒stock；
4. P2病毒滴度測定（滴度108－109）；
5. 蛋白表達驗證；
6. P3病毒制備（可選，zui多可制備3L重組桿狀病毒）。 
注意事項
1．試劑盒從冷藏環境中取出應在室溫平衡15-30分鐘后方可使用，酶標包被板開封后如未用完，板條應裝入密封袋中保存。
2．濃洗滌液可能會有結晶析出，稀釋時可在水浴中加溫助溶，洗滌時不影響結果。
3．各步加樣均應使用加樣器，并經常校對其準確性，以避免試驗誤差。一次加樣時間控制在5分鐘內，如標本數量多，推薦使用排槍加樣。
4． 請每次測定的同時做標準曲線，做復孔。如標本中待測物質含量過高（樣本OD值大于標準品孔*孔的OD值），請先用樣品稀釋液稀釋一定倍數（n倍）后再測定，計算時請zui后乘以總稀釋倍數（×n×5）。
5． 封板膜只限一次性使用，以避免交叉污染。
6．底物請避光保存。
7．嚴格按照說明書的操作進行，試驗結果判定必須以酶標儀讀數為準.
8．所有樣品，洗滌液和各種廢棄物都應按傳染物處理。
9．本試劑不同批號組分不得混用。
