Description	Interferon-g Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids fragment （24-166） and having a molecular mass of 21.28 kDa with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The IFN-g-His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
